Spending that Money!
Your committee has decided to spend the bursary, kindly awarded by the Plunkett Foundation, to The Save The Thorold Arms Campaign in the following ways:
- Incorporation as a Community Benefit Society
- Join the Plunkett Foundation as a corporate member
- Instruct a surveyor to carry out a thorough condition report on the building
- Instruct an Architectural Designer to investigate layout options for the building and estimate associated costs
Armed with this information the committee will put together a detailed and costed business plan which will then be used to quantify the scope and size of the fund raising required.
